Enrollment is now open, for anyone who’d like to join us this summer for 22 weeks (full share) or 11 weeks (half share) of veggies, fruit, eggs, grains, and maple products. May 28th through October 29th, 2024.
Here’s how it works. You come by the community garden on Rivington & Forsyth with a couple tote bags, and load up on produce from the bins. Stop and chat with some neighbors, and maybe check out the swap table to see if there’s anything appealing that you can take home instead of the one root bulb you secretly don’t have any idea what to do with. On your way out of the garden, don’t forget to say hi to the chickens and koi fish. Go home and cook something incredible. Repeat every Tuesday evening. Work 2 or 3 distribution shifts per season (mandatory, but they’re only 1 hour and 15 minutes long each and most people find them fun).
If you sign up by March 31st you get early bird pricing, after that the price goes up a little. Our final enrollment deadline is May 12th (or sooner, if we sell out).
