Rock Hill Breads are European hearth-fired with ingredients that are simple and good. They use organic flours from Champlain Mills, slow rising wild yeasts, and a great French oven that creates crispy, chewy crusts – the kind of bread you can build your meals around and never tire of eating. There are no preservatives or dairy products in the breads.
SHARE CONSISTS OF TWO LOAVES EACH DELIVERY:
- A sandwich loaf (sourdough, farm bread, whole wheat farm, 8-grain 3-seed, or pane bello)
- A surprise loaf (marble rye, pane paesano, onion rye, cinnamon raisin, jewish rye, sesame semolina, pumpernickel, pepper parmesan, jalapeno cheddar, or a bag of biscotti)
