It is our fifth week in delicious, fresh, local, green, leafy, organic, csa vegetables for this 2017 season and we are in for a treat! As the summer progresses the shares get bigger and brighter, and our food prep gets more exciting – it’s like a green treasure chest each Thursday. This week we have: koji, kale, swiss chard, lettuce, scallions, garlic scapes, happy rich, cucumbers, summer squash and onions. If you have a fruit share it’s cherry season…mmmm!!
