Springtime vibes in the garden

The clouds parted just as we started setting up for our kick-off event  on Saturday, lucky us! We spent a gorgeous few hours in the garden meeting new members, and saying hi to old friends. Thanks for coming by, everyone–we’re looking forward to the upcoming season, and are super excited that we don’t have too much longer to wait!

Sara mans the snack table laden with meats, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and sparkling cider–courtesy Lewis Waite Farm. If you liked what you sampled, all of this and more can be purchased throughout the summer season.

Longtime CSA member and M’Finda Kalunga gardener Kevin welcomes us to the beautiful green space that hosts our distributions.

Farmer Ted breaks the news that we won’t be getting husk cherries this year, but sweet potatoes will hopefully be a new addition to the Windflower Farm harvest!

Milk Not Jails offers Ronnybrook milk samples–our newest share offering! It’s not too late to round out your selection of veggie, fruit, egg, and flower shares.
