Distribution #1 of winter

Glad we had such sunny and mild weather for our first distribution! Thanks for coming on time to pick up your goodies. When you show up, please remember to sign in with the person holding the clipboard, that way we can keep track of who we’re still waiting for. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

– arugula
– mixed salad greens (green oak lettuce, purple mizuna, spinach, red komatsuna, tatsoi)
– mixed cooking greens (swiss chard, yukina savoy)–can be eaten raw but might be better cooked, can be frozen if you can’t get to them right away (just blanch, drain and bag)
– russian banana potatoes
– orange & yellow carrots
– purple beets
– celeriac
– red & yellow onions
– sweet dumpling squash
– pears & empire/cortland apples (from Columbia County fruit farmer Pete Chiaro, not Stop & Shop as the bag states!!)

– blueberries
– green beans
– red tomato puree
– mixed peppers
– butternut squash puree
– broccoli florets
– sweet corn kernels
